When I discovered bees nesting under my windowsill, Howard came over within the hour, handled the situation with remarkable speed and professionalism, and had the problem resolved in less than 24 hours; actually, I didn’t even see a bee since he left! He was kind, accommodating, efficient, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. He even checked the entire exterior of my house and gave me some helpful bug prevention tips. Howard is not only excellent at what he does, but also a wonderful person who consistently helps the community. His son Jason has also provided the same level of urgency, efficiency, and kindness, which speaks volumes about the way this family-run business operates.

Had a bee issue in my home and outside over the weekend. They originally couldn’t come until Monday but when I explained I had an infant at home Howie came the next day. He look over my entire house, sprayed and even followed up today. Very thorough and professional!

All Way’s is extremely responsive and patient. I put in a call to them weeks ago and then got caught up in some stuff – they kept me on their call list, leaving me a few voicemails over the course of 10 days (not at all pushy) and I’m so glad they did. We have been using All Ways Exterminating for almost 20 years and they have always been extremely responsive and have always addressed our problems. This past summer they have gone above and beyond in their service. We were having a large backyard party on a Saturday and on Friday night we discovered a hornet’s nest. We either had to have the nest removed or cancel our party. We called All Ways and both father and son came on Friday night at 8:30 PM to remove the nest and ensure our guests would be safe. They were professional and caring in their responsiveness and ability to handle the problem.
